Some people constantly dream of becoming a popular Disk Jockey. Becoming a DJ/Producer is not as easy as it sounds. It requires a lot of patience, work, dedication, sacrifices, but also, a lot of talent, sense, and creativity.

We are now going to start our 12-part program in teaching you how to make your dreams come true. We will begin with the foundations of your long-term plan that needs to be executed with huge responsibility and strong faith. First of all, you need to be aware that MONEY can’t buy you a talent, nor make you hard-working person. Your success lies inside of your head and soul.

Of course, it is very useful if you have some financial boost, to begin with, but that’s not the crucial factor that will determine the beginning of your journey. The crucial question is “DO YOU REALLY WANT TO MAKE IT?”

If you are self-confident and determine to succeed you will find out that there are many SECRET WAYS to have income. Cash is needed, indeed, but there are many ways to inject small incomes to your project. All you need to do is create multiple micro income ‘energy fields’ that will slowly grow. Now, use the simple pieces of advice we provide you. This is the easiest way to begin chasing your dream with almost empty pockets.

1. Set up a Patreon page

Patrons in the renaissance were called those who were being paid by the royal families to teach their children, such as Michelangelo, Da Vinci, Dante etc. Patreon, the crowdfunding platform is a subscription-based Kickstarter for content creators. This website will soon open your horizon. It is very easy to use, simple and a great opportunity to secure minor income at the beginning of your journey.

2. Create a virtual tip jar

Create a virtual tip jar on your social media. You need to consider yourself an artist, which means people love art and love donating to that cause. Be smart and try to attract fans, people who are willing to help and try to convince the people who care about you to give you full support in your quest.

3. Create, curate and monetize Spotify playlists

This is the future! If you are well informed you already know that playlisting and streaming sites are becoming extremely popular. Well, don’t waste your time. Spotify and Apple Music, for instance, are always open to new suggestions. If you use a little creativity and present it on some of these sites, you can even expect to monetize your playlists. If you are successful enough, this could be not your booster only, but a good source of finances for the rest of your career.

4. Think “out of the box” to get gigs

This is very important if you want to succeed as a DJ. You need to think out of the box. Your creativity doesn’t apply only when you create music, but when you ‘implement’ your creation on your listeners. Try to attract as much fans as possible. Try unorthodox method and make your best efforts to forge a permanent bond with your fans.

5. Have a day job that allows for DJ/producing at night

Be aware that you must not neglect your regular life in order to become a DJ. If you are truly dedicated, you will have to find a proper way to manage your ‘project’, but stay sane and rational. You are supposed to find a day job that will open enough space for working at night, organizing gigs, producing etc.

6. Become affiliate associate on e-stores

Try selling your products online. This is usually very hard mission, almost all success lies in the advertisement, but still… You can never know and you lose nothing. Create free accounts on sites like Amazon and wait. If you start making progress and buy some nice advertisements on your facebook page, for instance, you can expect your merchandise to begin.
